I’m the founder of Unstoppable Mind — a coaching and training philosophy built around one core belief: live well, stay capable, and get after it.
I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Human Performance and Sport Psychology and have spent nearly 30 years coaching, training, and developing human performance across a wide range of people — from adults rebuilding their fitness and confidence, to high school, college, and professional athletes in the United States and Europe, as well as Special Forces personnel, Special Agents, and high-performing professionals.
My background includes certifications as a Life Coach, Mental Health Coach, ACE Trainer, and Functional Kettlebell Training practitioner, along with coaching credentials from FCA 360, Point Guard College, USA Basketball Gold, and training as a Brainspotting practitioner.
I coached at the University of Arizona and Pima College, competed as a member of the University of Arizona Triathlon Team, completed Ironman triathlons, and worked with elite athletes at NAU’s High Altitude Olympic Training Center.
But Unstoppable Mind is not just built from credentials. It is built from lived experience.
I served as an FMF Corpsman with the Marines and spent 23 years as an FBI Special Agent. I’m also a Gulf War Illness and Parkinson’s survivor who understands what it means to fight for capability when your body, your mind, and life itself push back.
That is why I created Unstoppable Mind.
Whether you are an athlete trying to move better, an adult trying to get strong again, or someone carrying age, injury, illness, stress, or responsibility, my mission is to help you rebuild strength, resilience, confidence, and movement capacity — so you can become harder to break, physically and mentally.
